Dr. Jason Burns is Richmond’s most established cosmetic Dentist
He was one of the lead dentists for the Extreme Makeover TV show but is happiest looking after his patients in his award-winning Richmond clinic
Jason is also one of the only fully accredited Bioclear Dentists in London having been trained at the prestigious Bioclear Institute
Having studied extensively in the USA and completing an Implant Masters programme at Guys (with distinction) in 1999, he is completely comfortable performing complex implant treatments, beautiful cosmetic work, complex gum treatments or just simple dentistry.
He has been qualified for over 30 years and has been looking after the families of Richmond and Kew since 1990.
Jason graduated from Guy’s Hospital in 1987 and after working at Guy’s hospital, NHS and West End private practice took over Richmond’s oldest practice (est. 1936).
He is proud to have a maintained a family practice that looks after his patient’s dental needs to the highest standard.
Jason has placed over 2500 implants, over 20 years, on our own patients and a for a number of local dental practices. He is a clinical instructor with the coopr8 dental group, teaching advanced cosmetic techniques to other dentists from the UK and Europe.
He has also lectured extensively in the UK and abroad on dental implants.
After placing implants since 1992, he has now vastly expanded his periodontology (gums) expertise by attending extended courses in Munich, Bern and other centers of excellence and is now accepting referrals for Periodontology as well as Dental Implants
He was the lead dentist in the “Extreme Makeover- UK edition” TV programme, part of the cosmetic dental team involved in transforming the teeth of the participants.
He has published numerous articles in national and international journals and, by completing over 150 hours each year on courses in the USA and Europe thus expanding his education, he maintains exceptional expertise in the latest dental procedures and technology.

Jason is married to Emma and has two children, Isabella and James. When not at work, you can probably spot him on his bicycle in Richmond Park or the Surrey Hills!
